It’s the last weekend of the summer, and It feels like fall already. Apparently we are due for a sunny long weekend, let’s cross our fingers. The Free Blue Rodeo concert at the Olympic Plaza last Sat. night was fabulous, the rain stopped for the entire concert and thousands of people were dancing and singing sang along with the band. This is such a great venue for Whistler! This wekeend there is more entertainment lined up with Great Lake Swimmers on Sat night at 7:30 and then Sunday the Concert is part of the Resort Municipality of Whistler’s 40th Anniversary celebrations – hang out for gelato, hot dogs and a corn roast plus entertainment, live art demonstrations and more.

It is still really tough to find the right property for our buyers, as you can see from the links, 18 new listings and 18 sales, we are just not replenishing enough listings to keep up with the buyers. Pemberton is also very quiet on the listing side but look at 8 sales in the past week, that is a record #. Now is a great time to sell your property .
