Hoping everyone enjoyed a fabulous long weekend. Whistler and Pemberton were absolutely spectacular and we even had some fresh snow dustings on all the local mountains!
It was a busy week for new listings in Whistler, with 32 properties hitting the market, compared to just 10 sales. This increase in inventory is typical of the seasonal transition, as summer rentals wind down and we look ahead to the start of the ski season, when rental demand picks up again.
