Hello from Whistler!
This week is grad week for Whistler and Pemberton Secondary Schools. Tracey’s oldest son Lucas has just returned from two weeks racing at the World Cup for Downhill mountain biking and will be walking across the stage this Saturday as a high school graduate. It will be an exciting weekend for our family as we all gather to celebrate. Living in small communities is so nice as we get to know all the kids; many have gone to school together since kindergarten! Congratulations to all the grads around the globe and wishing you all the greatest of success for your futures.
The market is showing similar numbers to last week with a couple more sales. We have been busy with showing properties as well as working on new listings and a couple of quick sales this past week. Although sales activity is down by approx 35% as compared to a year ago, average transaction values continue to remain steady or to be slightly higher in both Whistler and Pemberton.
