Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

I thought it was time to add in a winter scene since it has arrived and is staying! Blackcomb Mountain opens tomorrow and so does the Peak to Peak gondola. Both mountains will be open in time for the American Thanksgiving travelers and locals alike to enjoy. I have heard reports the skiing is decent and everyone is having fun. Be sure to dress warm, this cold front is a chilly one.

One week later and the market is still moving at a rapid pace. Everyone seems to be working hard to get their properties secured for the season and we are seeing alot of multiple offers in most price points from $250,000- $2,000,000! Trying to organize properties to show clients is tricky as soo many have accepted offers in place.  At our office meeting on Tuesday am we were made aware that we are on track to close an overall 785 transactions which puts us back to 2007 numbers and our listing inventory is the lowest since 2008.

Please let us know if you have your eye on something as we need to be able to monitor it closely so you do not miss out. You will see that the Pemberton market has slowed down for activity and there is also limited inventory for buyers. Here is the reported statistics for the week. If you would like something more specific to you just ask, we are here for you!
