Well we are a day behind this week as yesterday we spent the day collaborating with top agents from the lower mainland as far away as Abbotsford as well as Victoria and Nanaimo, Brainstorming on the best ways to serve you, our valued clients! It is always so inspiring to share ideas on how other agents are working their marketplace and it also allows us the opportunity to have relationships to refer you, our clients to in these areas. The markets seem to be busy everywhere with multiple offers much of the topic of conversation. Vancouver is seeing 10-20 offers on many of their listings which makes it a challenge for the buyers. Having the right representation is key and working with agents that are experienced definitely helps.
Whistler is also seeing some multiple offers on any of our attractively priced properties in the HOT segments of the marketplace. For Whistler these are townhomes $500-$1,000,000 and single family homes between $1,000,000 – $2,000,000. Currently we are sitting just under 331 listings for all of Whistler and 31 of those are quarter shares.
