It was a busy week running from work to Crankworx events. My middle son Tegan was competing in 5 events and had a very successful week! Lucas is still recovering from his fractured femur at the beginning of the World Cup season but itching to get back to the races. We are so lucky to be able to take it all in surrounded by family and the incredible Sea to Sky community!
Real estate was a little slower this past week but we are expecting activity to increase as we head into August. Note the number of price improvements is up with week for both Whistler and Pemberton. For the month of July to date Whistler has had a total of 23 sales which include 7 chalets, 8 townhomes, 1 duplex, 4 condos and 3 shared ownership. Pemberton to date for July is at 9 which include 2 chalets, 1 townhome, 1 duplex, 2 condos, 2 vacant land and 1 mobile home.
