This has been a busy week with the kids back in school and also regarding COVID and, it seems, ever evolving policies. It’s concerning for everyone, even Dr. Bonnie Henry. As well, with Vail / Whistler Blackcomb opening date set for November 26 – BC residents are working hard to get their passes and season long programs sorted. It’s still a busy market with another 30 sales in Whistler and Pemberton. Rain or shine, deals are being done in anticipation of a winter season fast approaching. This is generally a busy time for buyers as they look too purchase a mountain retreat or new home before the snow flies and this year is definitely following suit. Prices are steady although we may see them edging up in the next few weeks as we get closer to opening day.
