The sun has been shining and the mountains are in excellent shape! Whistler was busy for the Family Day long weekend and we expect many great memories were made. It is always fun at this time of year when we can be skiing on the mountains and riding our bikes in Pemberton and Squamish.
Home sales in Canada are up! Best January for home sales since 2008, Canadian Real Estate Association data shows. Interestingly in Whistler, the number of properties sold in January 2019 was 41 versus 39 in January 2020 and Pemberton was 8 in 2019 and 7 in 2020. Our current listings are sitting at 348 for Whistler and 62 for Pemberton. If you have questions on specific segments let us know.
