We apologize for being a day late with our market update. The market is so busy, both Tracey and I out of the office showing property and writing offers yesterday left us with no time to do our weekly market update. As you can see from this snapshot of the market, we are still selling more than we are listing. Typically we are very busy at this time of the year due to families wanting to get a place before the ski season begins and this year is no exception. Thanksgiving is over and it is only 6 weeks until the Mountains are open. Judging from the amount of snow that has already arrived , we could have an early start.
