Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

June is one of the most exciting months in Whistler, with a packed calendar of events and activities. It is National Indigenous History Month and the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre is offering special programming to recognize the rich history, heritage, resilience and diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis. The Nourish Whistler Wellness Series is back with a month of wellness-focused experiences,  and FIFA World Cup watch parties are bringing fans together throughout the resort. You can read more about local activities here.

On the real estate front, market activity was a little quieter this past week compared to the strong pace seen in recent weeks. Whistler welcomed 17 new listings to the market, while Pemberton added 4 new listings. Although new inventory slowed slightly, the market continues to offer opportunities for both buyers and sellers as we head into one of the busiest and most vibrant times of the year in the Sea to Sky corridor. As always, if there’s anything I can do to help with your real estate goals or answer questions about our local communities, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
