Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,
Summer energy is building quickly across Whistler and Pemberton, and one of the clearest signs of the season’s arrival is the return of our local farmers’ markets. The Pemberton Farmers’ Market is now running every Friday afternoon, while the Whistler Farmers’ Market has returned on Sundays in the Upper Village. Both are a wonderful way to support local growers, makers, musicians, and small businesses while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere that makes this community so special.
That momentum is also carrying into the real estate market. Over the past 7 days, Whistler saw 25 new listings hit the market, while Pemberton added another 6 new listings. Whistler is currently sitting at 300 active listings (excluding timeshare and WHA properties), while Pemberton has 86 active listings, including 20 vacant land opportunities. Buyers continue to see fresh opportunities across a variety of property types and price points as we move further into the summer season.
Whether you are searching for your next home, a weekend retreat, an investment property or making a change, this continues to be an exciting time to watch the market across the Sea to Sky corridor. I would love to help you make your next move!
