Summer just isn’t summer with out a few of these Whistler summer musts! The clock is ticking for school to start so be sure to tackle these fun Whistler activities before the days get any shorter.

Mini Golf
Riverside RV Resort and Campground has an 18-hole mini golf course that not only the kids will love, but the avid golfer as well. Putter rentals are available at Riverside. Fun for the whole family, and right next to the river, so enjoy a river walk after or bike to and from Riverside with ease!

Waterpark
Meadow Park is the ultimate family hang out. Lounge outside in the sun while the kids slash in the kid specific water park. New rubber flooring makes the surface less slippery and able to cushion falls better. Another great location to bike to and from thanks to the excellent valley trail system.

Homemade Popsicle
This might not be Whistler specific, but homemade Popsicle are a must that we can’t ignore. Stop by any local grocery store in Whistler and pick up a Popsicle mold and fill it with your favorite juice and freeze. A few variations include mixing yogurt and juice for a creamier treat or for a hint of texture, add in frozen berries! Kids love to eat what they have created, especially if it’s a special summer treat!

Adventure Zone
The Blackcomb Adventure Zone is open until September 7th, so if you haven’t checked it out yet, now is the time! With so many actives it will take a full day to fit them all in! A few favorites include: the Westcoaster Luge, Trampolines, the Spider Web climbing structure, Amaze’n Maze, the Rope Zone and Hot Wheelz Eclectic Go-Karts. You’ll be impressed with how many things there are to do, but more importantly, you’ll impress the kids by taking them there!

Hike
Before your days consist of chauffeuring kids to and from school and actives, get a full day or half-day hike in! This blog post features family friendly hikes in Whistler. From sightseeing to a few hours hiking, these trials will be a memorable experience for the whole family. Bring a picnic lunch to make a full day out of any of these locations.

Crankworx
Crankworx Whistler has just begun and for the next week there will be live music in the village and incredible biking to watch right from the gondola base. Demos, clinics, contests and games litter the Village Stroll and the paid day lot area. Be sure to check out this incredible biking event right in our backyard.
