You can find 50% off ski clothing and equipment, everybody will be having sales. Also, the restaurants have the special 4 course dinners on for various prices from $30- $45.00. I have already been to Araxi’s and the Rim Rock, so delicious! You will need reservations for sure.
This week has been very busy. There are more sales than there are new listings. September saw an increase of 16% over August and up 6 % over the same month a year ago. I think October is heading the same way. The total # of sales for Whistler and Pemberton to date for 2015 is showing a 6.8% increase over last year. The average value of transactions has risen 11.8 % in Whistler to $801,468.00, and 15.7 % in Pemberton to $522,923.00 as compared to the same period a year ago. Prices and volume of sales are definitely increasing.
