Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

Now that everyone’s allergies are raging because of the pollen and grass, I think we can safely say, Spring has arrived. Although it is so refreshing to be outside riding our bikes, golfing and playing pickle ball, after being cooped up in the house since March 15 when the Mountains shut down.  Whistler is definitely a quieter place these days, as people honour the Covid travel restrictions.  The good news is the Covid numbers are going down and it feels good to have so many people vaccinated. Everyone is doing their best to keep us all safe and we all appreciate it.

This real estate market is still rocketing to higher levels.  As you can see from our links there are more sales than listings, our inventory is shrinking, and the demand remains high.  Most of the sales are selling above the list price which means there are multiple offers. This is happening in most resort areas; we are not the only place that this is happening.  We are looking for listings if you think this might be the right time to sell.  Let us know if you would like a market evaluation on your property, it may help you make a decision on selling at this time.  We look forward to hearing from you.
