Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton, This week has been sunny so far and there has been some spectacular skiing on the mountains. The lineups at the bottom are long on the weekends but during the week, not a problem, once you get up on top, it is fabulous snow. Getting out in the mountains is great for your mental and physical health whether in Whistler or on your local mountains. We recommend taking advantage of the outdoor activities for your family this spring break. The Whistler and Pemberton Real Estate markets are off the rails hot! We really haven’t seen this type of market in many years. Many listing realtors are setting a date for a delayed presentation of offers to be held a week after the listing is live. This method is meant to give buyers a chance to get up here to view the property and get prepared to make their best, cleanest offer. We are all doing our best to provide the best service to our clients, but in a market like this, as buyers, you need to be ready with your financing and have as much information as possible to be prepared to make a subject-free offer, if possible, and you are in competing offers situation.
