It’s hard to believe that this weekend is the last long weekend of the summer; two months goes by pretty darn fast when you are having fun! I chose to stay in Whistler this summer and it didn’t disappoint at all. The free concerts, Crankworx, Ironman, golfing, biking and pickle ball have been amazing for me this year. If you’re coming up to Whistler this weekend, the entertainment is endless for all ages and the weather is supposed to be warm and sunny.
It has been busy this past week for the local real estate market. We know that the crunch is now on for buyers to find that perfect little getaway for the ski season! There are 27 new listings; have a look to see if there is something that catches your eye. You will notice in the sales link that several properties have sold for more than they were listed for, which likely means there has been multiple competing offers.
