Spring Break, glorious sunshine and warm temperatures mean Spring skiing! Lots of great snow up there still to be enjoyed with skiers in T-shirts and shorts. The Village is alive with activity and visitors. We always enjoy spring as it means we can do multiple sports outside each day. The bike trails are starting to clear in Squamish and Pemberton won’t be far behind with temperatures expected to reach 20 degrees this week!

The numbers for Whistler again are much different this week than last. There are 44 new listings for Whistler however 19 of them are the final phase of Wedgewood. Wedgewoods offers some very well priced properties for families looking to build a home on a gorgeous estate like lot.  Let us know if you would like more details on any of these new listings or sales, we are here working and enjoying this fabulous resort all Spring Break.
