As expected, the number of new listings each week is starting to climb. Whistler is currently sitting with 294 active listings and Pemberton currently has 68. Not only is today is the deadline to submit your taxes it is also the deadline for the Underused Housing Tax. A representative from our office was in Ottawa to testify on April 18th before the Finance Committee to ask for a UHT exemption for tourist accommodation in the Resort Municipality of Whistler. We will let you know as soon as we hear anything new.

Beer Farmers Tulip Garden
Looking for an adventure for the weekend? Head to Pemberton and take a trip up the Meadows to The Beer Farmers where you can enjoy a flight of their locally brewed craft beers, eats from the fabulous food truck, wander thru their tulips fields and visit their newest addition of two Highland cows Polly & Ada.
