Inventory levels remained relatively stable overall, providing buyers with a healthy selection of properties heading into the summer season. With 23 new listings and 11 sales recorded over the past seven days, buyer demand remains consistent as purchasers look to secure their summer getaway or position themselves for the months ahead. Overall, market conditions remain balanced, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Pemberton Market Snapshot – May 2026

Pemberton’s market remained stable through May, with sales activity matching April and inventory levels showing only modest month-over-month changes. Chalet and acreage properties continue to offer buyers the greatest selection, while condo and townhome inventory remains limited and competitive. The market has started June on a positive note, with four sales and ten new listings over the past seven days, reflecting continued buyer interest as summer approaches. While buyers have more choice in the detached home market, well-priced properties in the more limited housing segments continue to attract strong attention when they come to market.
