The Pineapple Express did it’s best to try and wipe us out last weekend, but I hear from the skiers and boarders that it was actually pretty nice up there on Sunday. I just returned from a beautiful sunny holiday in Mexico, anxious to get back on skis, only to find I needed a life jacket when we stepped off the plane. That was insane! The bonus is we are expecting sunshine this week and colder temperatures, but we all know we need a huge dump of snow.

Now, let’s get down to business. The market is remaining slow but normal for this time of the year. We are not seeing prices going up right now and to be honest (which I always am) we don’t see the market going up in the near future. There are 10 price reductions indicating that the sellers had higher expectations but want to sell so they are reducing their prices.
