The Award Winning Vallea Lumina returns to Cougar Mountain this weekend. This is a multimedia night walk through an enchanted forest in pursuit of hidden wonders, we are definitely going to take this adventure in this year, we hear it is spectacular! Check it out online and book your tickets early. If you are looking for bear sightings in Whistler, hang out at the Whistler Golf Course patio for a couple of hours, I saw 4 bears on the last week and 3 yesterday afternoon, a mom and her twin cubs. They are all just grazing along the course and happy.
We didn’t have the usual influx of listings at the end of the ski season this year but we are still up to a total of 323 listings now in Whistler and 78 for Pemberton – there is something for everyone. Our resort is not following along with the Vancouver market, we are our own boutique market that thrives on its own. This is a great time of the year to move up in the market or downsize, there are buyers waiting for the perfect home.
