Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,
Thanksgiving long weekend is almost here, and it’s a beautiful time of year to be in Whistler and Pemberton! With crisp fall weather, colourful mountain scenery and plenty happening around the Village, there are lots of ways to make the most of the weekend. Enjoy the final Whistler Farmers’ Market of the season, Thanksgiving dining, fall adventures and some early winter shopping, including Whistler Blackcomb’s Legendary Turkey Sale. It’s also the final weekend of the Whistler Mountain Bike Park season, so there’s one last chance to get some laps in before the bikes are put away and attention turns to winter!
On the real estate front, Whistler had another active week with 19 new listings, 11 sales and 6 price improvements. Pemberton was a little quieter, with 4 new listings, no sales and 1 price improvement.
