Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,
This week we have a recap of the real estate activity in June for Whistler and Pemberton for you.
Whistler Market Snapshot – June 2026
June followed a typical seasonal pattern, with listing inventory increasing slightly while sales slowed across most market segments. Chalet and shared ownership listings both saw month-over-month gains, while condo and townhome inventory remained relatively steady. As we move further into summer and welcome more visitors to the resort, sellers have an opportunity to showcase their properties to an active audience. It will be interesting to see how the market performs through the remainder of the season.
Pemberton Market Snapshot – June 2026
The Pemberton market also saw a modest increase in inventory and a slight dip in overall sales activity compared to May. Townhome and condo listings both increased, while chalet inventory remained relatively unchanged. Although properties are taking a little longer to sell, prices have remained stable through the first half of the year, highlighting the continued resilience of the Pemberton market.
Looking for something fun to do this month? Join Arts Whistler for their Plein Air Art Adventure, where participants can head outdoors with a local artist to paint Whistler’s incredible mountain scenery. Whether you’re an experienced painter or simply looking to try something new, it’s a great way to spend a summer day immersed in nature and creativity.
