Summer is officially underway, with the summer solstice now behind us and the Sea to Sky corridor looking its best. Wildflowers are in full bloom, the bike trails are in fantastic shape, and there’s no shortage of ways to get outside and enjoy the longer days. Adding to the excitement, the Whistler Summer Concert Series kicks off next week, bringing another season of free live music to Olympic Plaza and creating even more energy throughout the village.
On the real estate front, activity remained steady this past week. Whistler saw 18 new listings come to market and 9 properties sold, while Pemberton continued to see solid buyer activity, with 4 sales outpacing 3 new listings for the week. With inventory continuing to provide buyers with a range of options and demand remaining active, opportunities continue to exist for both buyers and sellers as we move deeper into the summer season.
