There was some uncertainties this past week with the tariff threats and if or how it may affect our real estate market. Sounds like we will be revisiting it towards the end of the month so time will tell. The Bank of Canada did go ahead last week with another rate cut of .25%. More good news is related to Capital Gains, Ottawa offers taxpayers relief with capital gains tax delay | Financial Post.
A reminder for all current home owners with rental zoned properties there is a new Provincial requirement to register your nightly rental property by May 1st.
