We thought the sales would slow down over the last week, but it is still a very active market. Our inventory is down to 251 listings in Whistler and 41 listings in Pemberton, due to the high demand throughout the holiday season. The low inventory can also be attributed to the impact of the low-interest rates, the awareness of remote working, and health and security concerns relative to the urban areas.
