Happy Thanksgiving to all of our American Friends! Whistler Blackcomb ‘s opening day is Nov. 28th just in time for American Thanksgiving long weekend. All Gondola’s are operating out of the Village and Creekside. There is minimal snow but there will be some terrain open. Big Red Express and Emerald chairs will be running on Whistler while Jersey Cream and the Excalibur Gondola running on Blackcomb, as well as the Peak to Peak. There is snowmaking in progress and snow prayers are ongoing too! It’s time to get ready for the Whistler Film Festival starting on Dec. 4th – 8th. Check out the schedule and be sure to get your tickets early. Always some amazing films!!

Again this week we saw at least 2 sales a day, the activity level is good, we heard there were a few properties that received offers within 24 hours of listing of course that comes from pent up demand for certain types of properties.
