Tourism Pemberton Regional Economic Development Strategy Concluded
“Tourism Pemberton is delighted to have been part of this enormous project. The many partners of the Collaborative made this a tremendous success.
Thank you to all that were involved including, The Chamber of Commerce, The Village of Pemberton, Lilwat Nation, Xa’xtsa Nation, N’Quatqua Nation, Samahquam, and Skatin Nation, LSTC, and the Squamish Lillooet Regional District. Tourism Pemberton hit the ground running and with the action items presented and the success of our grant applications we have moved forward with several items. The Backcountry Sanitation Infrastructure program is well underway with three of ten installs complete. We have also started work on a regional Agri-tourism wayfinding initiative and have hired Clear Course Consulting as the project manager.
