Seasons Greetings from Whistler,

Finally, it is dumping snow up there and into the Village!!  20 cm fell last night and we hear that another 20 is falling today up top.  Mother nature is set to deliver snow every day for the next week which will be amazing for the skiers and riders alike.  We haven’t personally been up yet but hear that the runs that are open are in pretty good condition. 

 This week in the market there are 26 new listings in Whistler and only 6 reported sales. This is indicative of a shifting in the market. If your property is unique and under $1 million, or a 2- 3 bedroom in the village or Benchlands with rental zoning, there are definitely buyers out there for you.   The rental units are fully booked over the holiday season which is excellent for revenues however does make it a little harder to show them to potential buyers.  So overall we are business as usual, just on a little different pace.  Call us for a market evaluation of your property or if you would like a more specific market update we are here to help you buy or sell!
