What a week we have had, but luckily, just a bit of smoke and no big fires. We have not seen temperatures in the 30’s for long stretches of time like this, It’s tough on the environment, the crops, fruit trees, and gardens as well as the animals and people. I have heard many hard-luck stories today of losses. Whistler and Pemberton were operating at full capacity this past weekend with tourists filling the hotels and the many activity sites.
