Tracey and I were lucky enough to go on a wine tour in the Okanagan last week and didn’t send your Weekly Market Update last Tuesday. Our apologies, Tuesday was our travel day and at the end of the day, dinner at Burrowing Owl won us over! We had an amazing time, 13 ladies and a tour guide, I highly recommend it!
The long weekend couldn’t have been better, beautiful hot sunny days. The resort was bustling with everyone enjoying the last days of summer and the Jann Arden Concert was amazing. She has quite a sense of humor and keeps the crowd engaged plus she had a phenomenal band with her. Tracey and her youngest Levi enjoyed the concert. If you are coming up to Whistler this weekend take note the Grand Fondo is taking place on Saturday between Stanley Park and Whistler so you will need to be prepared for some closure times and delays.
The real estate market is on fire! There have been approximately 2 sales a day in the last 2 weeks, it’s is nice to see there are 37 new listings to help build up more inventory.
