1 more week until CORNUCOPIA 2016 – CELEBRATE 20 YEARS! TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE. Cornucopia starts Nov. 9-20th check it out on line. This has become such a fabulous event in Whistler, many venues and events that so many people love to attend. It gets bigger and better every year.
The rain down low generally equals snow up high! The rumours are out there that the Mountains may open early and this very well could become reality again. It is our saving grace to know that we must endure the rain to get an early ski season.
Unlike Vancouver, the Whistler market was actually busier in October 2016 as compared to October 2015. It was also about a 10% improvement over September, so people are still buying. It just keeps on going. This week we are quite balanced although this is an 8 day report for you. We have 24 new listings this week, again some of them have offers on them already. Many buyers are using the 80/20 rule where if it checks 80% of your list it may be the one to go for! At this point our prices are still continuing to climb and the urgency is certainly still there to not hesitate if you see something you like.
