Greetings from Whistler
I was in the village last night for the first week of the Spring Dinner specials partaking in a 5-course dinner at Araxi’s with friends. Needless to say, we were stuffed after 3 hours of eating gourmet foods and sipping on delicious Chardonnay! We were surprised at how busy the Village was with many groups of people, locals and tourists. Don’t miss out on a tasty meal in one of our top dining restaurants offering their spring specials.

The real estate market is a challenge to most of us right now. This week we have 24 new listings and only 17 sales. The sales are down because there is not enough inventory for the buyers to choose from. Tracey and I have so many qualified buyers looking for a new home in Whistler and Pemberton.
