It has been an exciting first week of Spring Break for BC and the mountains have been in great shape! The duel sport days with skiing and mountain biking are keeping smiles on everyones faces. The Squamish golf course is also now open with Sunstone in Pemberton opening this Friday. Whistler courses are not far behind and opening May 10th. We hope everyone is able to enjoy some time with family and friends this Easter long weekend.
The offers in play I mentioned last week for Pemberton have now firmed up with 5 sales and 3 new listings. Whistler is showing 20 new listings, 11 sales and 9 price adjustments. “The US have signalled they will be doing at least 3 rate cuts this year, and starting soon… The Bank of Canada may make moves before June if the US starts, to keep pace with them. Either way things are moving in the right direction and suggest that the markets in Whistler and Pemberton will be picking up sooner rather than later. WREC business Development.”
