We are into the busiest tourist time of the ski season, the mountains are in fine shape and the hotels are full of happy guests. The real estate market is still ringing the same bells, low inventory and high demand. This week there are more new listings than sales, this is the good news for buyers as I predicted early in January. I believe you will see the inventory open up in the next few weeks. If you are a seller, now is the best time to get your property listed before early spring. Get yours out ahead of the usual increase in listings.
