Greetings from Andorra,
We have spent the last two days travelling from Val di Sole in northern Italy to Vallnord in the Pyrenees mountains of Andorra. We are so happy to be able to come here together to support Lucas, Tracey’s eldest son, who is racing in the Downhill Mountain Bike World Cup. Whistler had a lot of families having fun this weekend at the Children’s Festival, which is Whistler’s longest-running event, now in its 35th year! We are so lucky to have a fantastic range of festivals and events here all summer long. Coming up next weekend is the Red Bull 400, the steepest 400m race in the world! This unique event is a running race from the bottom to the top of a ski jump at Whistler Olympic Park, with a challenging 400 vertical metres of elevation gain. Registration closes tomorrow for those bold enough (or crazy enough!) to take the challenge.
We are keeping in touch with the market from our travels and, as you can see below, it looks like sales have slowed a bit from last week and we are still seeing some great new listings coming on the market. Overall this is a general stabilization, yet each segment of the market is unique.
