Wasn’t that the best voting turn out we have seen in many many years! I wasn’t expecting such a slam dunk for the Liberals but as they say it’s “Justin time”. Most of us are looking forward to working with our new Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to bring change to Canada.
It is getting chilly out there but thankfully more sunshine and no rain in the forecast. The trails are still in great condition even though the Bike Parks are closed, there is still lots of riding for you bike enthusiasts and the walking trails are just great too.
It is slim pickin’s for the buyers, again this week we see 22 sales in Whistler and only 15 new listings. If you are thinking of selling we sure would love to hear from you. I have a list of buyers waiting to find the right property to buy. Pemberton is much the same. When looking for the right property, you may have to settle for something not exactly what you were shopping for , the prices are going up so better to buy now and do a little renovation than to wait for the perfect home.
