Wow that was a hot week for both Whistler and Pemberton!! The cooler weather arrived today however it feels like summer has finally arrived and we are ready. The village was bustling this past weekend with the golf courses, lakes and trails all being enjoyed.
The real estate market is starting to normalize with more new listings than sales this week for both Whistler and Pemberton markets. Whistler is sitting with 218 total active listings and Pemberton is up to 47. At this time the buyers are enjoying a little breathing space as we are seeing less multiple offer situations. Whistler Canada Day Events
Canada Day is coming up this weekend and there are several events happening where we will celebrate Canada and reflect its history.
From Tourism Whistler: Celebrate Canada Day by developing a deeper understanding of our first peoples through cultural experiences including a community canoe carving, live performances and storytelling. Take part in free yoga, a People’s Parade, walking tours, exciting activities and an outdoor concert featuring Sam Roberts Band at Whistler Olympic Plaza in the evening.
