Located on Main Street, The Whistler Public Library serves locals, tourists and second-home owners year-round in more than just borrowing books. Although it has only been in it’s current home since 2008, the library was formed back in December of 1985 in the basement of the Whistler Municipal Hall by dedicated locals. Coming a long way from those days, the new building is an architectural master piece which features an open concept that encourages a connection to the outdoors. Over the years, it has grown into an integral part of the Whistler community through offering a wide array of services, learning opportunities, events and youth support.  We have gathered up what you need to know about the beloved Whistler Public Library
