Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

Wow, another amazing week of sunshine and record temperatures. The mornings are crisp, the leaves are starting to fall and the days are getting shorter but, it has been such a beautiful September. One of the main attractions in the fall is Alpine Hiking, check out the many trails to explore in the mountains.  The Blackcomb Gondola is open until Oct. 10th, 10-5 pm daily, catch a ride up and scope out the stunning scenery.

The Whistler realtors were treated to a wonderful tour of open houses for new listings this week.  There were 8 properties ranging from $525,000 – $12,880,000 and scones and coffee at the end.  This tour is very social and informative for the realtors who are keen workers wanting to keep up with the vibes of the market.  With 13 new listings and 8 sales in the past week, I would say this is a fairly balanced market.  Let us know if you would like a market evaluation on your property or help to find the right recreation home for your family, we would love to help you.

We have been told the hotels are quite full and many conferences are in town, this is great for the resort.

Here are this weeks numbers for you:
