Beautiful Fall weather has arrived with cool evenings, crisp mornings and daytime warmth. This week is a real mixed bag of weather but the bike trails are in excellent condition and the golf courses are still in full swing. Last weekend was the Gran Fondo which drew large crowds to town and, this coming weekend, Whistler will host The Whistler Village Beer Festival which is always a lot of fun!
The Real Estate Market in Whistler and Pemberton continues to be active; the numbers this week are showing a balanced market with 20 new listings and 18 sales for Whistler and 5 new listings and 7 sales for Pemberton. This time of the year, sales and listings historically tend to be quite busy as people are looking for the ideal resort property before the ski season.
