We are getting completely drenched during our downpour today, I don’t think I have seen it rain this hard in Whistler before. Unfortunately, the freezing level is right to the top of the mountain today. We hope things will turn around by the weekend for the weekend warriors. The market has not changed at all, it’s just shocking to see what properties are selling for and in just days of listing. The Whistler inventory remains extremely low at 116, the number of listings in Pemberton is only 22, no wonder the selling prices are being pushed up by the buyers in multiple offers.
