It was our realtors tour day for Whistler with 9 new listings ranging from a gorgeous 1 bedroom in The Aspens, listed at $1,350,000 to a spectacular 4.5 bedroom Pinnacle Ridge townhome on Blackcomb listed at $6,999,000.
The markets in both Whistler and Pemberton are returning to a level of listings and sales that are more traditionally “normal”. This means that listings in Whistler continue to climb from historic lows of just over 120 active listings to around 180 current listings. Pemberton is experiencing more active listings on the market as well, tripling its current active listings to over 35 from the all-time low of 11 that the market hit in December of 2021.
