It’s really cold in Whistler this week, but the skiing is great! From our office, we see loads of people heading up skiing in the glorious sunshine and it is enticing, but we are happy working away at our desks.
We now have the video from our recent event The View From Here with Pat Kelly, the owner of Whistler Real Estate’s recap on real estate in the Sea to Sky corridor and thought you might enjoy it. The market amazes us, it has not slowed down at all. The Phase 2 condo’s are selling really well if they are priced right and if they have a good rental income. If you have been waiting for a good time to sell your Delta Whistler Village Suites, this is it, they have been flying off the shelf. Let us know if you want more info on any of these properties. The inventory is still below 200 listings, if you are thinking about selling, now is the time to list before Spring when historically there is an influx of listings. For you to get top dollar, it is best to be ahead of the crowd.

Pemberton remains the same, with any new listing comes high demand. There are a few properties that have not sold over asking this week which is interesting and will be something to watch as the weeks go on to see if the buyers are starting to push back on the prices, time will tell.
