Greetings from Whistler and Pemberton,

Crankworx is taking over Whistler this week, exactly as it was planned.  The weather has been fabulous, maybe a little too hot, but it is supposed to cool off a little.  We hope you get a chance to get up here and take in some of the action.  There are many of our local riders participating in this event including Tracey’s sons, Lucas, Tegan and Levi Cruz! Also don’t miss out on Arts on the Lake this Thursday and Friday, check out the schedule online and there is a shuttle bus from the village to the lake that will accommodate your water toys!

The market is slower again this week with 10 sales and 12 new listings in Whistler and one sale and 4 new listings for Pemberton.  The average prices are down in most segments of the market as you can see in the information below.
