I’m feeling sad that this is the last weekend of the summer upon us. I’m sure there are a lot of anxious kids and parents looking at the next few weeks of settling back into school and routines. No more staying up late and sleeping in, oh dear, it is always a difficult transition period each year. We have had a jam packed summer, enjoying sunshine and blue skies and all the sports and holidays we can fit into these 2 summer months. Let’s hope we have a beautiful fall, that would be so welcomed!

The market update is again this week a more balanced one, almost the same number of listings as sales, this is good for Whistler and Pemberton. We have had a good number of viewings this week which will hopefully translate into sales down the road. The inventory has climbed to 231 listings in Whistler and 56 in Pemberton. RBC GranFondo Whistler
September 10, 2022

The RBC GranFondo Whistler is a stunning point-to-point cycling journey along the famous Sea to Sky Corridor between Vancouver and Whistler. There are distance options from 55 km to 122 km and all offer beautiful landscapes and a clear, traffic-free passage along the Sea to Sky Highway. The event is family friendly and open to all abilities.

The Village will be bursting with energy after the ride, particularly at the Olympic Plaza as there will be meals, refreshments, kids playground, live entertainment and a beer garden.
