The US Border has opened and reports say there was up to a 7-hour wait to come across to Canada! We welcome our vaccinated American friends and know that there are so many Whistler homeowners that have been chomping at the bit to get back to Paradise in the mountains. The weather has been fabulous and we are enjoying being out and about again.

The crazy hot market is still percolating along! Again, the stats this week show more sales than listings, it’s been this way for months now. It will be interesting to see what happens with the American homeowners coming back to Whistler. Some of them may be putting their homes on the market which may open up some inventory and others will be happy to come and enjoy their second homes again.
