With all that rain in the village, comes snow in the mountains. I have to say spring skiing is really great on a nice sunny day so I’m going up to make a few turns this afternoon. The market usually opens up in the Spring and as predicted, we are right on track. Over the last two weeks, I have mentioned that we are seeing a cooling off period. This means we are not seeing the multiple offers that we were 3-4 weeks ago and we are seeing more listing prices being reduced. This is a sign of the market changing. Many people ask us “Is this the peak of the market?” When is it going to stop going up? We can’t say for sure but it is definitely a quieter market.
