Tracey and I along with 20 other Whistler Realtors are the lucky recipients of an all-expense paid trip to Vegas, compliments of Pat Kelly our owner-broker.  Of course, we had to do a lot of work to earn our way but it was worth it.  Our company has 47% of the market, we work hard to list and sell the majority of real estate in Whistler and Pemberton.  So, from the 56

The mountains are scheduled to open early on Nov. 17th Whistler Mountain will open with 5 lifts Whistler Village Gondola, Creekside Gondola, Emerald Chair, Big Red & Franz’s so get your gear ready and get up to Whistler for some early Skiing. 

This report is for 14 days, we apologize for not sending you one last week. it is a little slower right now due to the low inventory but also the buyers may be pushing back on some of the prices.  If you look at the links below, 32 new listings in 14 days would be about 15-16 for one week, not that many.  However where you really notice it is 21 sales in 14 days would mean about 10 sales in a week, and that is low.  Another thing to notice is 7 price changes, these are properties that have not sold so they are reducing the prices.  This is significant to note and this is where we are seeing the buyers pushing back on prices.
