The real estate market in Whistler and Pemberton has shown balanced activity over the past seven days. Both buyers and sellers are closely watching the lead-up to the next rate announcement on December 11th, with expectations of another rate drop.
In addition, the government has introduced bold changes to the mortgage qualification process, aimed at expanding homeownership opportunities. One key update is the expansion of eligibility for 30-year mortgage amortizations to all first-time homebuyers and buyers of new builds.
